I was in Cork, Ireland this weekend for a friend’s wedding. It was beautiful and great fun!

I did the brides make up and she looked amazing, if I may say so myself.

This is what I used:

1) Put on Myface foundation and Estee Lauder Maxi Cover Concealer on the skin. Finished off with a bit of Mac Blot powder, only where needed and Mac Dainty Blusher on the cheeks.

2) On the eye’s I used Mac eye pencil’s in Teddy and Coffee, draw a line next to the lashes on both upper lid and under the eye. Blend the eye pencil with Myface A Whole lot of Latte eyeshadow. Finish of with Lancome Hypnose Waterproof Mascara on the upper eyelashes.

3) Fill in eyebrows with Mac’s eyebrow pencils Lingering and Fling and last brush through the eyebrows with Lancome eyebrow gel.

4) Put Mac Amplified lipstick in Vega Volt on the lips.

Firstly I just want to say sorry for BAD updating on the blog, been super busy recently.

Here are 3 favorites at the moment.

1) Redken Natures Rescue – used this product last week when shooting on a beach. It gives great texture, like a salt spray, but with a slightly waxed finished. Great on men’s grooming jobs.

2) Givenchy eye pencil, gives a really black glossy finish. Easy to blend.

3) Lancome Teint Miracle, my new favorite foundation. Gives a light coverage and nice glow to the skin without looking shiny.

Both Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middletown, used Lancome Hynose waterproof mascara on their wedding days and I totally understand why. I tried it yesterday and it stays on through tears, rain and  it’s even impossible to take of  if you haven’t invested in a make up remover for waterproof make up. A waterproof make up remover contains a bit of oil and is divined in two layers that you shake before use. Another impressive product that is not categorized as waterproof one but that stayed on like one is Revlon Grow Luscious eye pencils. Amazing product that is really soft to use and has a great long lasting effect.
