I absolutely love french pharmacies and I can browse forever and quite often end up spend a bit of money on products. But it’s well worth it, most things are so much better priced and some products can only be found in there. My favorite pharmacy is Citypharma, 26 Rue du Four, 75006 Paris this place is always packed but well worth it, you can find great deal in here.
This time I got some products for my super dry skin. Embryolisse Creme Riche, is a small tub for the very dry skin, the bigger tub is for all skin types. Weleda Iris day and night creme, also for dry skin. Eau Thermale Avene Riche, is for a sensitive and dry skin.
This was my shopping after the Paris fashion week season back in March. A true classic to get is Bioderma Crealine, cleansing water that remove all make up. Homeoplasmine, miracle creme good for all dry areas, great on lips.
Other favorite shops are:
Merci, 111 Boulevard Beaumarchais, 75003 Paris AMAZING interior shop and breakfast place.
Princess Tam Tam, love their underwear you can find shoppes all over Paris.
Colette, 213 Rue Saint-Honore, 75001 Paris, a bit like Dover Street Market. Expensive but nice to look.
Paris Berlin, 56 Boulevard Richard Lenoir, 75011 Paris , Great make up shop.
Amazing weekend spent in Paris with my little sister <3
As you have noticed the updates on the blog have once again been poorly…Sorry. I have been away working in Italy and Cornwall, both with very little wifi connection.
I got back from Cornwall yesterday. We were so lucky with the weather, as you can see from the pictures, it was so beautiful.I totally want to go back. I was there shooting the autumn/winter catalogue for Plumo.

Now I’m off to Paris for a girly weekend with my little sister Louise.
Yesterday I meet up with Lipstick Queen, a lipstick brand totally new to me. The story about how Poppy King got into the lipstick business at an early ages of just 18, really fascinated me. When Poppy failed to find the perfect lipstick in Melbourne, Australia where she is from , she decide to create her own range of lipstick. Twenty years on, her lipstick range is a success and she is also the author of this inspiring book. I want to order straight away :)
Lipstick Queen is just about lipsticks, no other make up. Above is some of the products that I was introduced to yesterday.
Saint is a range with 10% of pigment. Designed for when you just want a tint of super flattering color.
Sinner is a range with 90% pigment. It’s a full cover matt lipstick but with a creaminess that keeps your lips moisturized.
Good thing with these two is that you can find same color in both of the ranges, so one day and one evening lipstick.
Jean Queen is ‘The perfect shade to wear with denim as it perfectly offsets the blue in the fabric and lights up your whole face’. After 20 years of designing lipsticks Poppy often got asked ,what is the perfect shade to wear with jeans ?, so she decided to design one. Interesting! Can’t wait to try it.
Invisible a totally invisible liner that stops lipsticks and lip glosses from bleeding.
Oxymoron is a lip and cheek tint designed to look like you are glowing from the inside, like you been on a country side picnic.
I am very excited to try these products out and I will report back.
You can find the range at SpaceNK and Selfridges in the UK and price is between £15-£20.
